Time and Again

“Time and Again” continues the tradition of classical figure study, drawing inspiration from the restrained palettes and careful observation seen in early Renaissance works. Painted in burnt umber and titanium white, the limited tones allow the figure and surrounding forms to emerge through light, shadow, and subtle variation in value.

The nude figure is accompanied by a single piece of white drapery cascading through the frame, introducing movement and contrast against the darker earth tones.
