What postal service do we use?
We use Australia Post and DHL Express.
As an artist it is paramount to provide peace of mind with the best possible delivery service that offers the safest shipping for your artworks.
Once your order ships, you can use your tracking number to find updates via these websites. The responsibility is over to the purchaser to track and follow up with delivery if the timeframe has been exceeded:
Each order is printed on demand, please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time. We are available on email anytime, so please get in touch if you have a pressing shipping date and we will work our hardest to make sure your order is with you before then.

All International locations – flat rate of $25 AUD (DHL Express).

Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard cost of postage.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Carly will need to declare the full dollar value on international shipments. Unfortunately we cannot put a lower value on the parcel.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee.
LIABILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please be aware, once orders ship, they will become the responsibility of receiver and you will need to get in touch with the shipping provider for more information; either Australia Post for domestic orders or DHL express for international orders.
If you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel and contact me within 24 hours of receiving and opening your delivery. Any time after this will not be considered. Goods cannot be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind – we cannot refund or exchange if the product is damaged during transit.
Due to the fragile nature of prints and original artworks I am unable to offer returns or exchanges.
All Carly Renée prints are custom printed on demand here in Byron Bay, Australia. Once the order is placed it will be printed specially for you, ensuring individuality and promoting sustainable printing practices. Prints cannot be exchanged or returned as they have been specially printed for a customer and the costs cannot be recovered.
When investing in a piece of art please consider this prior to purchase.
Upon ordering please consider the delivery forecast times and that sometimes orders might take longer due to shipping delays or customs.
